There's a joke in which people claim to be a fan of a
celebrity in order to get them to retweet a picture of someone who they don't know (usually a celebrity from a different country). The best example is Donald Trump with Fred and Rose.
It's a bit old hat now, but the fact Hulk fell for it so many times in a row seemed notable.

I can't spot any famous faces at all - doesn't it only work if it's Fred and Rose, Jimmy Savile etc.?

There is some funny ones that contain famous footbalists like Rio Ferdinand and some fan with the tag "me and my dad support you" that raised a chuckle here ;)
