This is a normal post I'm guessing they mean the obserable universe.
It doesn't make it any less amazing. I was amazed to find out that not only is a molecule of water far far smaller than I ever imagined, the hydrogen bonds between water molecules have a duration of around 10^-10 seconds. That's fucking insane.

This is a normal post Interesting stuff. According to Wikipedia:
"at present the entire universe's size is at least 3x1023 times larger than the size of the observable universe. There are also lower estimates claiming that the entire universe is in excess of 250 times larger than the observable universe."
Some range of opinion there!
