
Well that's clever if you don't mind being exposed to known phishing / malicious websites. That feature is part of almost every enterprise level anti virus system, you get it for free in windows, then disable it. Derp.

Blindly turning everything off because of 'MUH PRIVERCY' is about as daft (possibly moreso) as leaving everything on by default.
