This is a normal post
On monday my wife did hypnobirthing (baby girl, thank you very much). For 4 hours I watched her in so much pain that I honestly thought she might die. Its bollocks. Either you have an easy birth and/or can handle that shit, or you can't.

I don't think there's an easy birth. there are short labours and long or complicated ones. The thinking is the more relaxed you are physically and mentally (in spite of the pain) the more likely it will be over quickly.
