As a forensic video analyst I can confirm this is actually a Benny Hill sketch as can be seen at the end, This naturally invalidates any claims beyond Brassier elastic torsion haematoma and sub-dermal scalp-palm impact haemorrhage. In my professional opinion it was all the cyclist fault.
