there's no evidence of the act. sure a guy is out cold, but unless he can identify the guy on the camera, it's pretty much anonymous. pikies (in the film snatch) are otherwise known as jippos, who generally don't have a fixed address, so it's going to be hard to identify.
i say fair play. the guy was giving them grief so he got exactly what he deserves. and the others musta found it amusing, i just hope his own mates didn't see it, otherwise someone will grass [sic] him up.

but spiking someone with ketamine is fucking dangerous...
I tried it once and that was enough for me.
Also, I believe that class A drugs are defined as something that can potentially kill people on their first dose.
