Never tasted Mercin cheese but would expect it to be as bland as everything else

On a trip there tasted one... Was as described
Then, for science (and cheap sandwiches), did 4 or 5 different ones, brands and colours.
They ALL tasted the SAME! Wtf!
They do great filter coffee, buns and other things in delis that said.
But, the cheese, fek.
