satire rarely comes forth from these quarters
And it can be very hard to speak out for fear of being branded 'heretical' or 'unbeliever' or some such thing, so it is nice to see Christians poking fun at themselves. Quite honestly it is embarrassing to see just how seriously some can take themselves so this is quite good.

Looks to me
like a cringeworthy, cynical rip off of clickhole that's every bit as embarrassing as Christian Rock, and far more about appealing to a social media savvy audience than about satirising themselves.
The stories themselves differ from The Onion/Clickhole in that while the ones on this link have the superficial sense of being about laughing at themselves, they're overwhelmingly about reinforcing ones own prejudices.
I mean, look at this; babylonbee.com/news/popular-internet-atheist-still-referencing-book-revelations/
What's the joke? Where's the awareness?
