This is a normal post Another view of all this bollocks:
www.theregister.co.uk/2016/06/24/time_to_refile_your_patents_and_trademarks_britain/

TL;DR:
"...companies will likely need to re-file their patents, trademarks and so on for them to be applicable within the UK. And, if they are a UK business, may need to re-file them in several European countries too."

This is a normal post Nice selective quoting there
Allow me to include the start of the sentence that puts the whole damn thing in perspective:

"In other words, if the bureaucrats can't reach agreement, companies will likely need to re-file their patents, trademarks and so on for them to be applicable within the UK. And, if they are a UK business, may need to re-file them in several European countries too."

There's been a lot of complaint about how the leave campaign has misrepresented and lied along the way, but doing it yourself is not helping.

This is a normal post ^this
The likelihood in any negotiations is things like this will not change, it's not really in anyone's interests to either. It's more likely a lot of current legislation will remain in place.

This is a normal post A lot of these negative brexit outcome stories rely on 2 elements
A) British civil servants can't negotiate their way out of a wet paper bag.

B) The British public are expecting a bag outcome so badly that they don't question it when people take the piss.

I can't help with the first but I sure as hell won't accept the latter.
