I like it.
If only every teacher was able to put this kind of personal effort into preparing lessons etc, kids would be so much more motivated for school.
(Note, I'm not bashing teachers here... I know a lot of them put a lot of effort in, etc, and we can't expect this kind of thing to be possible with our underfunded school system... I'm just saying it'd be nice)
