This is a normal post I've known people who worked at the Swizzels Matlow factory.
Apparently, the powdered sugar gets *everywhere*, which is why it looks like everything is dusty in that video (I have heard tales that they sweep it up and re-use it, though...). The peeling paint is another matter...
