This is a normal post If I only end up remembering one thing from TV in 2007
It will be Shane Mcgowan singing Fairytale of New York with someone dressed as a beluga whale.

Surreal doesn't even begin to describe it, and I loved it when Shane bopped the whale person on the head (with his microphone) at the end.

I can picture him looking at the whale then a bottle of whisky, shrugging and throwing the bottle over his shoulder a la Whisky Galore
