I have learned she has OCD, lives with her aunt, her husband is disabled and she expects a 5* bathroom for £19/night (presumably because this is where she spends much of her time).
Oh, and she'd rather go on holiday in her own home next time... a bit like that episode of the Young Ones with the two blokes in the cellar under a 40W bulb.

More interesting is that she wrote the scathing blackpool b&b review on the 30th Sept,
and immediately wrote another ten or so. To give her original complaint more weight, I guess.
Also: She's so fat her face looks like a special effect.
