Those are two very loaded words for Dan Harman. Usually things really fuck up for him around season 4. Check the timeline of `community` for more details.
He has talked about being worried. I would hope the worry will lead him to pull the stops out for season 4.
What it will probably mean in reality is we have to wait an extra year for no increase in quality.
