For me and the size of my flat it's simply a non-starter. I can get about a 3mx3m square area for flailing about. The Vive's USP requires you to own your own warehouse.

I tried it at work
Where I don't have to contend with coffee tables, pets, toddlers and random bits of Duplo scattered about.
