Well, the closest we have to Jimmy Stewart, and he does an uncanny impression, is Kevin Spacey.
Spacey may be a wrong'un, maybe he isn't. I think it's definitely plausible, even I had heard the rumours, but we seem to have done away with the presumption of innocence before due process. That's by far the biggest tragedy of the post Weinstein fallout.

His coming out at the same time as trying to excuse/mitigate some sexual misconduct or other was not a smart move.
His story of being mugged and calling the police while out walking his dog in the early hours in a London park, except he'd left his dog at home, still makes me chuckle.
