A popular YouTuber called "Mumbo Jumbo" used a version of this track by ProleteR as his intro tune. This. Example video (now removed): here.
ProleteR remixed/adapted/stole it from the song I've linked - "Nothing Can Stop Me" by Gene Chandler. 1965.
A few days ago, Mumbo was hit with 400 copyright claims on his videos that use it. He made a video "YouTube's copyright system is broken". His millions of fans are spamming hatred on Warner-Chappell and YouTube.
I do not hate Mumbo. ProleteR gave permission to Mumbo to use his tune. Mumbo was stupid to not realise that ProleteR remixes stuff - it's not exactly hidden. The title is "Can't Stop Me", c/f "Nothing Can Stop Me". ProleteR is a dick, he should have at least given credit to the artist.
YouTubers scream that WC "steal their money". Bullshit. During the claim YouTube puts revenue from the video into escrow. Once it's sorted out, it's paid to the appropriate party.
Mumbo Jumbo is not some innocent victim of global megacorps. He's a stupid kid who copied a tune and made lots of money from it. I estimate he gets $3000 per video - he posts several every week. 5 million dollars total. [He has 3m subs, about 1b views. Happy to give you refs and evidence/citations if needed]
His outro tune is "April Showers" = "March Winds and April Showers" by Teddy Joyce And His Orchestra.
His 3 million fans spam YouTube and Warner Chappell with abuse, screaming "#FreeMumboJumbo". He's not in jail; he took a holiday in Barcelona. Even PewDiePie is talking about it.

You used to have to pay more money for bandwidth if you made something popular, and had to panic-delete & cross your fingers if you got any legal threats about copyright.
