Snowmobiling across a glacier was great fun, also the Blue Lagoon is amazing
Having to cancel quad biking after having my shoulder dislocated the week before at work, not so much. I also met a woman who used to live next door to, and babysat, Bjork. She showed me a book she made when she was about ten, a hand drawn and written story, it was nuts.

I went to iceland once but wasn't impressed
It did have a fullsize cardboard cutout of Kerry Kantona near the fruit and veg
