It's such a bad look for the BBC that their Economics Editor was a fanatic. That didn't compromise his objectivity. Nosiree.

I mean, you get the sense that the BBC wants a fairer society in a sort of vague and childish way. But Mason wants to shoot the entire government in the back of the head, and possibly reprogramme half the pop in gulags. Including you and me. Vaselini would report us so fast it would make your head spin.

"But you said the referendum is not a legal thing*, but it was handed to them and that's how our constitution works with the precedent, so if it went to court-- which is where the precedent is set, they would probably back that referendum, so it is the British constitution and is legal"
*he didn't-- or if he did it wasn't in this interview.
Mason's actually quite insightful when he isn't being interviewed by a quick to anger contrarian.

It was non-binding from the very start.
Also, please slap the twit who thinks that we don't have a constitution. Just because it isn't codified in a single document doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
