Allergen information should be presented in a common format to mandated standards. It should also be relied on to be complete. Unfortunately the law as it stands allows information to be presented in a wide variety of ways. Not all of them obvious or reliable.
Byron’s policy of having it at the bottom of the reverse of the menu (the small print), remote from the food itself, in a difficult to read text/background colour combination, and then relying on online staff training, looks more like they’re trying to protect the company instead of their customers.
