If they did
then they might feel the urge to look better naked by getting more fit.
As it is, they think that a particular dress or shirt stops people realising they are a fat cunt.

There is a reason that fit has multiple meanings, one being that you look sexy and another being to have good muscle tone. There are others but they are irrelevant to my point.
