This is a normal post Really Fadge?
I think this is the closest one I have heard. Not one of these court case ones seem to be close. I am thinking of Robin Thicke who apparently just used the vibe of Marvin Gaye, or John Denver and New Order over Run. This one does seem to be really similar so would probably fail in court according to the logic used so far
