Got fired Monday, did not break stuff in spite as stuff is fucking inanimate objects.

Getting stuck between HR and Chiefs was not a fun experience.
They can solve their issues on their own now.

I prefer to destroy/harm inanimate objects when I'm feeling angry. I've had a bit of trouble with conflict resolution since getting sober. I only seem to have two distinct emotional reactions in those situations - cowering passive acceptance, or uncontrollable seething rage. It's only thanks to inanimate objects (particularly the poor, innocent profile sheet siding of my department) that I've avoided seriously assaulting a member of staff/the public.

I should probably get some psychiatric assistance regarding that. But, by the time I get an opportunity to call my GP, the crisis is over.
