Coffee mornings
A bunch of neighbours on this small road make themselves a coffee at 11AM, then stand on their doorstep to drink it and have a chat, at appropriate distances.

Works for me.
Before SARS-Cov-2, I had to scream "THERE IS A MESSERSCHMITT BURIED IN MY GARDEN" to get a nice empty seat on the bus.
Now, I only have to cough.
