I get the impression that everyone involved is fairly competent in their own way, except the drummer.
And the guy doing the sampling.
And the video.
And the composer.

There's actually 2 drummers,
one playing the kick by hand, and the other playing a table lamp.
The original has no sampling.
The video style is intentionally crap.
Dunno what you have against the composition... same guy composed this beauty.
