Then massively undercut Musk on price.
Or possibly get them to sign up to a subscription programme, 'all you need is to do is press this little button and we'll provide another launch'

In fairness, I think if I were NASA I'd prefer Blue Moon over SpaceX's Lunar Starship, just because it's more ready and cheaper..
But if I were Professor Calculus I'd prefer Lunar Starship.
