This is a normal post Not prosecutions, but it's the US so undoubtedly there will be someone filing a civil suit. Look at OJ Simpson.
I think the feds could (but probably won't) go after him for taking the rifle across state lines; apparently pretty much everything is illegal under the commerce clause.

This is a normal post You can't settle cases like this in a court of law.
The only way is to have a fucking shoot-out on a Western main street. Let the GUNISHMENT fit the crime. My money's on the House though: he's 2.5 for 0 at the moment, boy's got mad skillz.

This is a normal post I've been exposed to a lot of Kyle Cheerleaders
and they argue that the gun was borrowed from someone in the state the shooting took place. Which is either extremely prescient, good luck, or a concoction.
