It takes him about 1 minute 30 seconds to start losing the room by asking stupid questions as if the assorted business bigwigs at the CBI were a bunch of kids.
Regardless of your opinion of his politics, his public speaking here is failing to deliver anything of much substance, and failing to read the room.
