Once stayed near the shopping centre for a conference in the early 90s. For some reason the developers had decided pavements and paths were unnecessary.
Wondered if the message was 'Stay in your vehicle at all times, do not interact with the locals for your own safety'

I did two shifts at Runcorn Shopping City last week
(setting up/taking down an art installation). Sadly, no sign of Eileen Bilton.
