Yes, I have been caught out with this too. I was thinking of just allowing both answers to be correct when a Tory has been ousted.

This is a normal post You should add a 'known pervert' option, for extra points.
Details are available online (the whips keep spreadsheets on that sort of thing for blackmail purposes and one got released accidentally on purpose not so long ago).
