This is a link post Tory, or not Tory? That is the quest. I made this!
Next week 0.3% of the electorate will probably choose Liz "Thatcher without the humour" Truss to continue the arduous task of ruining Britain. I always thought that you could spot a Tory a mile off, so I microwaved up a stupid game to test this theory.

In "Tory, or not Tory", you'll see official portraits of 10 Members of Parliament. You decide if each photo is of a Conservative MP, or from one of the other political parties that you'd be better off voting for.

Might be interesting (if you are not already doing so) to gather the data and see which people get right/wrong the most. I'd read a blog post on who is the most and least Tory-looking, anyway.

I am indeed collecting stats. I do think of feeding the portraits into some sort of AI thing to try and find 'Tory-traits'.

To be honest I would have liked the game to have a bit more 'meat', like maybe a mini-bio per MP with whatever controversy they may have caused. But there's 619 in there, and apart from Wikipedia there is no easy API to tap into to get a list of terrible things that they have said or done.

Details are available online (the whips keep spreadsheets on that sort of thing for blackmail purposes and one got released accidentally on purpose not so long ago).
