I'm not entirely sure that shame is an emotion that most mentally healthy people would be overly familiar with.
I shat myself at school once, does that count?
Disproportionate feelings of shame would certainly account for your incessant shadow projection and compulsive desire to let everyone know how woke and virtuous you are. Is that what's going on here, Birb? Are you struggling?

You should feel shame and regret, because that would be a mentally and emotionally healthy response to the shameful and regretful things you say and do.
I wonder which emotion you have a disproportionate abundance of that compels you to be an online bigot?
