If I had the skills I would make a calculator that took your current age, country etc, and then divided how many years you have left by 4. Stupidness aside, it did make me think it was quite a good way of making you realise how life is short and we should make the most of it."
At the time I couldn't much be arsed to actually do it, but then one visit to ChatGPT for the code and Midjourney for the lovely sad Grandad with bleak trophy graphic and here it is. Took me about 30 minutes.
They still can't do hands though, don't worry

I'd suggest changing the date selector to a simpler "enter your age" box, though. That UX seems pointlessly fiddly.

Realistically it could be reduced to “Select your year of birth”
Then filled with adverts for all that sweet sweet AdSense cash.

OK - fair point about the date control, I was just doing what the bots told me to. Have now asked them to change it to just requiring year of birth. Age would be better I suppose, but feels less fun if the thing doesn't even have to work out how old you are. I'm now contemplating the Male/Female and Location pickers given that life expectancy seems to vary wildly, but it's out of my 7 fingered hands at this point
