Besides bringing back all the fash accounts and once swapping the logo with a Doge, it's all been enshittification in a desperate attempt to make money - not stupid shit to amuse himself and his minions.
Anyone who has made 34000+ posts despite the money to do *anything else* likes Twitter, or is at least addicted to it. He just doesn't understand it as a business.
