I've eaten one of them
I fried it in my frying pan - it was a giant fried egg, the size of an omelette. Very disappointed to report it just tasted like an egg. Just the same as a chicken egg. But then, what was I expecting I suppose? Egg.There is a guy down the road who keeps some emus in a field. They sell his eggs sometimes at the local farm shop.
