Torturing humans is less morally reprehensible than torturing animals.
So torturing animal torturers needs no further justification.

It's still pretty bad, therefore we need to torture the torturers of animal torturers
then perhaps get the original animal torturers to torture them, otherwise we'll be here all night, you don't want to rush torture

They'll need to have some kind of disability torture aids to make up for their lack of hands and feet.
I suppose you could give them prosthetic blenders.
