Both of these things are crimes. There were hand written notes entered as evidence that proved the arrangement beyond reasonable doubt.

I think he is an absolute slimeball and detest the man, but the democrats are so eager to find anything to disallow him from being president that they have made themselves look like the bad guys, especially when Biden has a big grin on his face when asked about it. Hardly presidential behaviour on all sides.
