Well,it's hardly the kids' fault if they have thick parents,
and you don't get the vaccine for a year, so no kids are safe unless there's a good take-up rate.

I'd forgotten about the delay in giving it.
I'm pretty sure I was one of the kids who didn't get it, subsequently getting measles and rubella.
