I'm not particularly interested in the victims backstories, whether they morally deserved it or not or might have avoided death if they had parted their hair in a different way that morning. My concern is why are there are masked poorly trained armed government agents on the streets with such powers? Why aren't their proper investigations and consequence in what seems like an obvious abuses that resulted in the death of citizens. Why aren't there consequence when a government tells obvious lies they know are lies to the public?
These seem more pertinent than your opinion that him carrying a holstered weapon, in a nation with 100 million registered gun owners, somehow means he contributed to his own death.
