This is a normal post Same piece mentioned that the revenues from state vodka sales are so significant to the economy that it remains a headache to this day.
Wonder whether that applies elsewhere, especially given that the decline in alcohol consumption has led to stockpiles that are causing a headache for distillers/suppliers.

With the success Ukraine is having destroying oil industry infrastructure, they'll probably need to soon.
