I'd guess fastest to finish still alive, maybe a series of races though i'd have thought dry weather would be required.
We've definitely had similar downhill through streets, through forests and down mountains. Dim and distant past there was someone who had a down the mountainside commute back home, think he went to work via a skilift.

I am sure I recognise the course and
as I don't watch 1st person bike videos except when they get linked here, I'm sure I saw it here.
I was expecting it to finish in a picturesque village but maybe that's a similar but different course, or maybe this one just cuts out early?
