I have already filled in the 'harassment and bullying' form and sent it off to YT themselves. Like you suggested, I included a (cut-down version) of the whole story and simply said I think this guy is going too far.
Before filling in the form, they recommend contacting the user and/or blocking him. I sent him a nice mail asking him nicely to remove or change his page. Blocking him will obviously not remove his page, so I didn't do that.
Let's see what happens!

Hope it works out for you, and this user realises he's gone too far.
he's only been a member for less than 24 hours, so he may not be aware of the vast expanse of stuff on youtube, or the way it's used. His ignorance of such things though, is no excuse for his comments or attitude. Chin up fella, am sure it'll be ok for you :)

It's one of the Thomas/Tugs crowd I'm sure.
They all have multiple accounts, so it seems like there's hundreds of them out there. The spelling and puctuation is a lot more "grown-up" than usual, so it could be an adult doing it. Either way, I'm pretty sure it's somebody's 'Alternative' user account.
