some youtube videos are not released for embedding. B3ta's auto embed thingy does not know this and you get the "this video has been removed", but not all of them are like that:
here's an embedded video that should work:
www.b3ta.com/links/Lighthouses_vs_huge_waves
and here's an embedded one that shouldn't (but will if you click the youtube link within the b3ta post)
www.b3ta.com/links/Just_watched_a_bit_of_paul_o_grady_ghost_hunting_on_ITV2
(oop sorry, this is NSFW, so be careful)
now if you can't watch either: that is another problem
If you are unable to watch youtube at all then there is a problem with your browser, computer or router. Weirdly i had this problem and it was my router. Try this, confirm youtube will not play, switch off your modem (or your combo modem+router) switch it back on again and wait 3 minutes. It should then work.
I can't confirm but typically it's a problem with the MTU frame size and youtube gets pissed off with connections that have too small an mtu size (such as dial up) and eventually just refuses to stream to you. REsettign the router resets the mtu (which has shrunk over time due to packet management)
my two pence.
google also thinks it's an isp proxy issue, but it is very unlikely an isp would deliberately stop it's users from visiting one of the most popular sites on the web. though could be an error.
