Acoustic guitar is a bit woolly-sounding, like you've put a mic on the soundhole? Try a mic at the end of the fretboard instead.
Vocal sound is kind of woolly too, kind of gets mushed in with the guitar, may be time to fork out for a condenser mic
Nice laid-back production though ... couple of missed string bends maybe? and the extemporised solo sections don't quite come off but I can see where you were going with it.
Overall, I like it, could do with a spot of percussion maybe to move it along and a clearer-sounding mix

It is a condenser mic, but I reckon I'm not using it right. The points about the sound hole vs the fretboard definitely noted though, and I'll keep experimenting with how to get the vocals clearer.
