Is the new head of the BBSRC a complete pisshead?
This follows up from a suggestion from last nights excellent Derby bash.
Here is an interview with Prof Doug Kell, who has just been made head of the BBSRC and is responsible for hundreds of millions of pounds of public money. I think he's very drunk. If you agree, please comment on youtube.
