This is a normal post Question:
Does anyone who believes in Illuminati/New World Order-type conspiracies have any better ideas about how the planet should be run?

I'm genuinely interested. All I see all over the net is people telling us to fear the people in power, but nowhere have I read a manifesto laying out how a population of 6.5 billion should ideally be managed.

Michael Chip is gonna make an absolute killing when they take off :p

to paraphrase shatner on his album 'has been' :
'everyone knows everything about all of us! there's too much knowledge!'

spose the net represents a system of control - you allow people to communicate relatively freely but chain them to regularly checking a machine for information rather than talking in a pub, for example. Also, all of what we do on the net is trackable, isn't it? Also, if we pay for things with cash to small businesses, the supermarket don't get to hold information on what people regularly buy, again with a slightly hollow incentive scheme.

Fuck, that guy is right!
