Get a plumber to come and find the source of the bacteria
It looks like it's only effecting them so the water is being contaminated once it's entered their house water system. Get a plumber to go adn find where the problem is and fix it.
Easier to waste £30,000 on over prioced bottled water. Don;t even try asking your neighbour if you can borrow their water and split the bill. God no.
The water has only been bad for 3 years. Too soon to do something about it?
