Trouble is, I AM now thinking of Camel spiders! I just scanned the room, seems ok so far...
But inquiring minds need to know; if they aren't spiders, what are they?

This is a normal post they are actually called "solifugae" I think... they are an order of arachnid just like spiders and scorpions are.
