I can't claim the first one as mine though.
I was banned 48 hours after a vid was newslettered, or to put it another way, the next working day. They said it was my 3rd copyright infingement (it was actually my twelth) but it wasn't even for the new video, it was one that had been on for 18 months. By the Drifters. A quick look says there are over 20,000 videos of the drifters on 'toob. Mine, apparently, was a naughty. Odd.
EDIT: Ok it sounds paraniod i know. But i'm wearing a tin foil hat just in case.

many times i see the "removed due to copyright violation" for something that is on there another 50 times. and for youtube to have a go at you for something which they appear to allow others to do is lame as. youtube:hip and cool my ass, bunch of self-satisfied cunts.
e.g: “david bowie” results 1 - 20 of about 49,500 - utter cunts
