Very sad that the kitty died (I had horrible flash backs of the time I ran over a kitty*) But all the time I watched the video, whilst feeling sad for the deaded kitteh and the confused kitteh. Was trying to work out what behaviour it was demonstrating rather than pretending that the kitteh was grieving in any kind of way.

Objectivity isn't the same as lacking empathy. Que Pissflaps having a go at me, dunno why he's taken a dislike to me

This is a normal post I once saw a pigeon get run over by a train and it's friend came and sat next to it just staring at it.
I found that quite sad because I know that pigeons mate for life. Cats, however, don't. They are polymagous.
